Retail order:
- After the order is confirmed, we will prepare your order and send it out within 1-3 working days. (If the goods are still not ready within 3 working days, we will promptly contact you by email and explain the relevant reasons)
- After preparing the goods, we will hand over the goods to the logistics carrier, and they will be responsible for the delivery. It will take 1-4 working days from the warehouse to your hands
- From your confirmation of the order to our completion of delivery, the overall time required is about 2-7 days. We will contact you as soon as possible when there are inventory and transportation problems.
Wholesale order:
- We provide wholesale service, we have our own warehouse in the United States, and we have sufficient inventory in the warehouse. The delivery time for wholesale orders needs to be determined according to the size of the buyer's order. Before each order is confirmed, we will give an estimated delivery time.
- Typically, small wholesale orders will have about the same processing time as retail orders, within 3-7 business days. Larger wholesale orders need to be negotiated with the customer according to the actual situation.
